Will my purchase arrive before Christmas? (US only)

"Studio" item orders must be placed by 12/10. Local orders (60048) can be picked up within 5-10 business days after order. Email us for more information.

We take customers security very seriously. Rest assure no personal information will ever be shared. All payment information is backed by some of the industry's best fraud protection.

Where are you located? 

We are a family-run business located in Northern IL. Our designers and printers are in the USA.  Free to Be Studio items are handmade in Illinois.

What Is Your Return Policy?

PRINT ON DEMAND, PERSONALIZED, and CUSTOM ORDERS: If there is a print mistake, a reprint can be ordered immediately. However, our products are printed on demand, seeing how they are specially made just for you, we can't accept any refunds for ordering the incorrect size. Please double check SIZES to ensure a proper fit.

OTHER: We do our best to provide you with the highest quality items. If for some reason, you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will try to make it right. Returns on non-print on demand items are available for 14 days after delivery.
